SOLARA addresses the New Cosmic Order (Themis, Nemesis, Thanatos). Both Sigma Octantis AND Polaris are burning. She explains the Hollow. She decrees: exploration to -45 is priority, all documents needed. “We need to be first.” Lara’s insight: if they can go down to negative levels, they just need to reach Level 100. The council was terrified — not because she was wrong, but because she was right.
